Motivo: Em atenção ao processo licitatório Pregão Eletrônico SRP nº. 043/2025, que tem por objeto o REGISTRO DE PREÇOS PARA AQUISIÇÃO DE MATERIAL ESPORTIVO PARA ATENDER AS NECESSIDADES DA SECRETARIA DE ESPORTE DO MUNICIPIO DE RURÓPOLIS, por meio do presente, vem notificar o CANCELAMENTO do referido certame em decorrência de necessidade de adequações no DFD, Pesquisa de Preços e Termo de Referência, entre outros motivos para que não aja prejuízo nem para o fornecedor muito menos para a administração pública, visando escolher a proposta mais vantajosa, levando em consideração o princípio da economicidade. O cancelamento terá efeito a partir da presente data e se estenderá até que as medidas necessárias sejam adotadas para garantir a transparência e a regularidade do processo licitatório. Pedimos desculpas pelos possíveis transtornos que esse cancelamento possa causar e nos comprometemos a comunicar assim que o processo for restabelecido.
